The Mission
Mission is at the heart of God because God himself lives in community. The Father sent the Son into the world to save us, the Father and Son sent the Spirit to bear witness to the Son and apply the work of salvation to us, God then sends his followers out on mission. Mission defined- seeing where God is at work and joining him.
The Vision
If mission is joining God where he is at work, then we simply want to have a vision for Fremont that believes God has been at work here, is calling us to join him and will bring his kingdom into our area. We want Fremont to know that they matter to Jesus!
